Ordering
Customer acknowledges placement of special order and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Minimum 50% deposit required at time customer places special order or Gowns purchased off-the-rack.
If your are buying “from the website” and you need to set up more favorable payment (That we are happy to help you providing this flexibility of the payment), the first payment must be 60%,other 40% must be payed before the dress will arrive to the store in US and shipping would be arrange that is additional cost. You need contact us that we can do this special ordering through the phone or email. If you cancel your order, your first payment is not refundable and you still responsible to pay in full.
Customer is responsible for providing an accurate deadline (“Wedding Date”) for product delivery at time of order.
Customer is responsible for authorizing final sizing
Customization as a Hollow-to-Hem and Extra length is available at additional charge (that is accepting as Special customizing order).
Balance must be paid in full before alterations are started.
When purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in ‘as is’ condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be customer’s responsibility.
Victoria Karr Fashion LLC offer alteration services at an additional charge.
Expedited shipping could be available for the extra fee.
Customers will be notified via text message or email of any important order updates, including gown arrival.
Special Customized Order and Custom Order

We will send out swatches of the fabrication orders at least 6 months made before your event dates so you can see the colors and fabric used. Please note that there may be slight variations to the reproduction of the fabrics from their vendors but still close to the original.
Samples of the material and lace would be payed according the schedule regardless if ordering place on, there is no refund.
The gowns are handmade, not mass-produced, slight variations of the design and of the shade variations in color choices due to computer monitor differences and availability in fabric required are expected.
Design or sketch services will be provided after initial deposit has been placed.
Creation schedule and the date of completion is determined by Victoria Karr Fashion LLC.
Sketch services will only be provided for custom design dresses, any minor changes to an already existing design accepted as an alteration for extra charge. The final photos of the Gown are a privilege and not a requirement.

Sizing
Customer is responsible for authorizing final sizing. The measurements must be provided within 7 to 10 days of order placement. If your measurements is not matching the standard US sizes chat, and you fall in between sizes the orders of the garments, special customized order would be created according your larger size measurements, you still could be need some small alteration for addition free. There is no changes measurements, design, or fabric once the pattern has been started for the orders.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is originally placed and in so doing incur a cancellation fee of $75.00.. Rushed orders cannot be canceled at any time. The deposit will be forfeited if not canceled within 24 hours after placing an order for any canceled dress order. For The Special customized or Costume order: thee is no refund or changing after order made a place
The Special customized or Costume order:
Changes to orders may be made up to 48 hours after the original order is placed, at Bride’s Archive via the manufacturer’s discretion. No changes may be made to the dress orders after 24 hours.
All payments are to be made in required deposit percentage or in full before we begin production.

Shipping
In order to allow time for proper alterations, we recommend that brides order their gowns a minimum of 5 months prior to the wedding. Rush orders can be placed at an additional charge and it must be first approve prior of ordering. We can provide rush orders with lead times less than 10 weeks, but this depends entirely on our production schedule. The lead time and charges vary by styles. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance NOT Included unless you specify and pay extra costs.
Return policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No deposit on any item will be refunded or transferred to any other article.
Special Customized order or Costume order: If the contract is breached/canceled, there is no refund for the deposit as this money goes toward fabrics, supplies, materials and pattern making, sewing, cost, design.
All garments are made to order. There are no exchanges or returns on merchandise purchased. All sales are final. Any concerns or issues must be expressed within 5 days of receiving the dress.
No returns are accepted, upon submitting your payment/deposit you enter into a contract. If there is something physically wrong with your gown please contact us to resolve the issue. If your event is canceled the full amount for the dress is still due as agreed upon in invoicing outlined.

Minimum of the payment to start the alteration is 50% from the first estimate and it is not refundable. Please, be acknowledged that the final price could be changed according total needs to be done.
Final fittings must be made on the date of pick up. If final fittings are not made, the customer is no longer eligible for a full refund. If the garment is taking away in a middle of an alteration without being complete, the customer is no longer eligible for refund and Victoria Karr Fashion LLC is not held responsible.
Rent
The Renter agrees to use the Garment only for its intended purpose. Any alterations or modifications must be done ONLY by Victoria Karr Fashion LLC with special agreement and for extra fee, any different kind modification or alteration or improper use are strictly prohibited..Renter is responsible for the Garment until it is returned to the rental company.
Return of the Garment
The Renter must return the dress by the specified RETURN DATE in its original condition. Late returns may incur additional fee, what is $50 per day for the Dresses and Suit, for Accessory -$25,Fur-$50,this fine fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the Garment is not returned for the next 5 business days after Return Data, the Renter is faced full charge of the Garment price.
Renter is liable for the any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
If the Garment is lost or irreparably damaged, the Renter will be charged the full replacement value
Cleaning
The Garment is rented out in a clean state.
The Renter must return the Garment in the same condition. Cleaning charges may be deducted from the deposit if the Garment request cleaning upon return.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made not later then 10 days prior to the start date.
Cancellation made within 10 days of the rental period will result in a 50% fee of the rental price.
Cancellation made within lease then 7 days will not be refunded.
Consignment
Please be acknowledge that you will receive 50%of the total sale price if my item(s) sells. Victoria Karr Fashion LLC will receive 50% of the total sale price as a commission. If the item(s) sell.
Possession and pick up the dress belong to the consignor until it is sold or until the end of the contract. You have 7 business days after the end of your contract to pick up your unsold items. If your items are not picked up by the end of the 7th day, the items will become the property of consignee.
If your dress needs to be fixed and repair before advertising for sell, Victoria Karr Fashion LLC offer the “tailoring” service that would need to be paid in front before alteration started according with estimate. The Gown must be clean before it is going on consignment.

Victoria Karr Fashion LLC will do everything possible to return your items in the condition they were received however, dresses and other accessories will be tried on by shoppers and general wear and tear is possible.
Victoria Karr Fashion LLC is not been responsible if anything happen to the items on consignment. This includes damage, stains, tears, theft or natural disaster.
