These limits remain in effect even if repair, replacement, or refund for the Service does not fully address damages.

Victoria Karr Fashion LLC may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service, adjust policies, alter prices, or discontinue products or services. Victoria Karr Fashion LLC will not be liable to customers or third parties for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Victoria Karr Fashion LLC, including its representatives, employees, agents, and directors, will not be liable for damages.

Victoria Karr Fashion LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from any cause, regardless of the form of action—statutory, contractual, or otherwise—including negligence.

The company will not be liable for accidental, consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, including those arising from delays, sizing issues, measurement errors, alterations, situations involving custom garment creation, client collaboration, or interactions between customers and employees.

Customers will receive order updates via phone call, text message, or email. Victoria Karr Fashion LLC does not take responsibility for emails delivered to “Spam” or “Promotions” folders.

Victoria Karr Fashion LLC is not responsible for dye lot variations or color discrepancies caused by computer monitor settings during the ordering process.

Victoria Karr Fashion LLC assumes no responsibility for circumstances related to partnerships or collaborations with other entities, directly or indirectly, including loss of business profits, business interruptions, or loss of business information. This applies to all claims, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, related to these terms, use or inability to use the Service, purchases, or any associated services.
